December's program will be more like a training workshop. Todd Zimmer of the Rainforest Action Network(RAN) will conduct the training to show us how we can be more effective in activism. Using the current RAN campaign as a case-study, the training will provide real skills for grassroots campaigning in the age of corporate money. Learn how people power is challenging corporate behavior in Charlotte, and examine strategies for changing the world through popular organizing.
