In Recognition of Black History Month, The Concord Library presents “The Mildred Florence Stevenson Harvey Collection: Chronicling a Life of Groundbreaking First and Faithful Service”. This special exhibit will be housed in the Local History Room. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 23 at 3pm in the Auditorium.
